2. Artisanal & Handcrafted Goods Disclaimer

Our collections encompass premium imitation jewellery, royal polki and kundan ornamentation, handcrafted Korean hair accessories, designer abayas, and bespoke gift hampers:

• Handcrafted Variations: Due to artisanal hand-setting, hand-polishing, and fabric dyeing, minute variations in stone luster, facet arrangement, or embroidery stitch density may occur. These are not defects; they are the signature hallmark of handcrafted authenticity.
• Color Representation: We endeavor to display product textures and hues with photographic precision. However, variations in screen calibration and digital lighting may result in minor nuances between displayed photographs and the physical artifact.

3. Pricing, Taxes & Payment Verification

All prices listed on our storefront are quoted in Indian Rupees (₹ / INR):

• We reserve the right to correct typographical pricing discrepancies at any time prior to order dispatch.
• We support secure digital transactions including UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Net Banking, and Bank Wire transfers through verified payment links provided by our concierge.
• Orders are confirmed for dispatch only after full receipt and verification of the transaction.

5. Inspection, Damage In Transit & Replacements

Every piece is triple-inspected and cushioned in multi-layer protective packaging before leaving our atelier. In the unlikely event that your parcel arrives compromised:

• Mandatory Unboxing Video: To claim damage in transit or missing items, you must record an unedited, continuous 360° unboxing video beginning from the sealed outer package to the inspection of the item.
• 48-Hour Notification Window: Any damaged consignment must be reported to our WhatsApp concierge or concierge@aiedition.com within 48 hours of delivery accompanied by the unboxing video and clear photographs.
• Resolution: Upon verification, we will provide a complimentary immediate replacement or store credit.

6. Non-Returnable & Custom Merchandise

Owing to stringent hygiene standards and bespoke customization, the following categories are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:

• Pierced jewellery (earrings, jhumkas, nose rings) due to hygiene compliance.
• Bespoke celebration gift hampers containing personalized notes, custom edible treats, or sealed fragrances.
• Custom-hemmed or altered abayas tailored to specific personal body measurements.
• Items bought during clearance or limited festive promotional sales.

7. Intellectual Property & Brand Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the website, design typography, gold crest branding, photography, editorial copywriting, and product collections are the exclusive proprietary property of AI EDITION and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. No portion of the website or content may be copied, reproduced, or exploited for commercial purposes without our express prior written authorization.

8. Limitation of Liability & Force Majeure

In no event will AI EDITION or its proprietors be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, or special damages arising from your use of the website or product usage beyond the purchase amount actually paid for the specific merchandise in dispute. We are not liable for transit delays occasioned by natural disasters, courier strikes, or governmental lockdowns.
